You are going to spend a lot of money, time, and energy on your wedding and a great planner may be the most important investment you make. Denise is someone you can count on to be your guide and guardian angel as you navigate the adventure of planning your wedding.

We took full advantage of BTD’s established relationships. I can’t overstate the value of having a coordinator who has a network of wedding vendors and service providers. At the same time, they were able to work well with our DJ who was new to them. They took the time to understand our vision and then orchestrate the players who brought that vision to life. 

During the planning process, Denise kept us on track with regular meetings, checklists, and reminders. She provided helpful guidelines, timelines, and tools. Even though I can have a tendency towards procrastination, we got things done according to schedule.

I can’t imagine a wedding day without BTD on site. It’s more than coordination. Denise was our ringmaster, managing lots of moving pieces and people to ultimately deliver an unforgettable event. There were some minor bumps, but those things were dealt with. She is a creative problem solver and I believe it would be hard to phase her.

My name is Kam Hunt and I am a mental health professional. I have also emceed and DJ’d events for over 20 years. In that time, I have had the honor to work with whom I consider to be the best event planner in Dallas/Fort Worth, Denise Edwards.

Denise has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills, dedication, and a strong work ethic in coordinating, planning, and executing large-scale events for our community in Fort Worth, Texas at one of the largest non-profits in the region.

One of the most important traits an effective event planner/event coordinator must have is to be flexible and improvisational. On many occasions, I have witnessed Denise have to deal with elements within the event that created challenges. Denise managed those challenges so smoothly. Denise’s attitude is her greatest asset. Being easy to work with and working with a smile is how I envision Denise. I have never seen her down, upset, flustered or worried. When I see Denise, she provides a calm to the storm and breath of fresh air. When events are going on, a chaotic nature can overwhelm even the other workers, however Denise transcends the hectic nature of events and smooths things out masterfully. She does a lot of administrative work, puts in a lot of steps, and helps everyone feel at ease.

Denise has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills for the past 12 years I have known her. I can’t quite express how impressed I am by her incredible work ethic and attitude.
